Earlier this year, employees of Wyoming Valley Health Care System completed on online opinion survey conducted by HealthStream Research.

Two areas from Behavioral Health Services of Wyoming Valley were among the most satisfied departments in the organization.

The Departments who were in the “top five” most satisfied departments at Wyoming Valley Health Care System were Nursing Administrations at First Hospital and Health Information Management at First Hospital and these areas were recognized for having the most positive job satisfaction scores.

These high satisfaction rates are noteworthy because they highlight the outstanding attitude and commitment of our employees and management team in times of continuing challenge and economic uncertainty in the health care industry.
